• Historical sales prices of every condo, which helps determine
Case-Shiller data.
• List of condos near foreclosure or already bank-owned.
• Graphs, and much more.

If your payment has already been processed
and I learn you are working with another agent, I will cancel your access and refund the
balance of the unused portion of the year already paid for.
