The number of condos for sale downtown was higher this week, with 340 units on the resale market. There were 516 on the market this same period last year.

The average price was lower this week, but still +2.32% higher than the start of 2008, but -0.41% lower than the same period in 2007.

The median price was lower this week, -0.18% lower than the start of 2008, and -3.62% lower than the same period in 2007.

The trimmed average price was lower this week, but still +1.34% higher than the start of 2008.

There were a total of 81 units pending sale during the previous 30 days, with an average price of $488,175 and an average price per square foot of $432/sq.ft.

39 condos closed sale during the previous 30 days, with an average price of $597,259 and an average price per square foot of $492/sq.ft.
